We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service by pledging to keep clients fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. Communicating with both current and past clients, we help individuals understand how market changes could impact buying or selling decisions.

Meet the Team
Jay Fischetti - Team Leader - REALTOR®- Salesperson
Jay has been a full time REALTOR® since 1995. He got in the business after graduating from the University of MD in College Park with a degree in Bachelor of Arts. Jay was KWRC Top Selling Agent in 2008 and 2009. The Jay Fischetti Group was also Keller Williams Top Team in 2010 and most closed Units for 2010. Jay enjoys traveling whenever he can. He loves sports and his favorite teams are the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, and any team from The University of Maryland. In his spare time he also enjoys playing poker. Brandy Naecker - Operations Manager - REALTOR®- Salesperson
Brandy Naecker joined the team in 2011 as the executive assistant. She is now a licensed Realtor, Operations Manager for The Jay Fischetti Group. She lives in Clarksville, Howard County with her husband and two kids. Brandy has knowledge in all aspects of a real estate transaction and uses her caring and organized ways to make sure that each buyer and seller has a smooth transaction. Her number one goal is to make sure that everyone in the transaction is happy and the buyer or seller has the best possible road to selling or buying their home! Nick Catt - REALTOR®- Salesperson
Nick joined the team in 2016. Nick is from the UK, but grew up in the heart of Europe, Belgium. He attended university in England and then North Carolina, after which he chose to come to Maryland. He now lives in Columbia with his wife, Andrea and his children, Jamie and Julian. They bought their first home together through none other than The Jay Fischetti Group. Before joining our agency, Nick worked as an assistant regional manager for a soccer company while also coaching soccer - teaching up and down the country; he intends to bring as much passion and enthusiasm as he has for the ‘beautiful game’ to the real estate business. Having lived in so many different places, different countries, Nick knows how vitally important it is to have a HOME: a place to call your own, a place that feels right, somewhere to put down roots and build a life. David Merrill - REALTOR®- Salesperson
Dave joined The Jay Fischetti Group of Keller Williams in August 2021. As a native Marylander, he grew up in Carroll County, spent most of his 20’s living in Baltimore County, ultimately deciding to plant roots with his family in Howard County. Dave’s humble confidence, charisma and unique ability to connect with people has been a perfect fit for our team! His relentless drive and commitment to delivering the absolute best personal/professional and memorable experience to every single one of his clients (home-buyers, sellers and renters alike) is second to none! In his spare time, Dave enjoys playing guitar, going to concerts, offshore fishing, trips to Disney, web development and above all spending quality time with his family.

Shaina Wisler - REALTOR®- Salesperson
Shaina received her real estate license in 2014. She lives in Howard County, Laurel with her dog, Sugar. Before doing real estate she taught riding lessons at Columbia Horse Center. Shaina also currently works in a local restaurant, Hickory Grill and Bar. She has been servicing customers there for over 15 years. Shaina puts in full effort to get her sellers the most amount of money for their home and buyers the best deal for their new home.

Shannon Miller-Lutz, REALTOR®- Salesperson
Shannon has been recognized over the years as a Top Producer with Keller Williams both in her office as well as the region. She was also awarded the Rookie of The Year Award from both Keller Williams and Howard County Association of Realtors. Shannon enjoys teaching, mentoring and coaching agents. After joining The Jay Fischetti Group in late 2019, she pivoted to coaching full time. Jay and his team have been amazing taking over the day to day interactions with Shannon’s buyers and sellers!

Jessie Foster - REALTOR®- Salesperson
Jessie Foster joined the Jay Fischetti Group in 2005 as an admin assistant and made the decision to become a full time Realtor in 2007. In 2011 Jessie moved to the Eastern Shore and branched off on her own but remained close friends with everyone on the team. By 2017 she purchased a bed & breakfast on the C+O Canal and decided to join forces with The Jay Fischetti Group again in 2018. She now resides in Myersville, MD with her husband and three daughters. Kim Berry - REALTOR®- Salesperson
Kim joined the team in April 2023. She lives in Baltimore County with her 3 kids and 2 dogs. Kim has also worked in the Occupational Therapy field for 26 years. She enjoys working with people and helping them achieve their goals either with buying/selling real estate or physically in the rehab setting. She is a Baltimore native and enjoys her hometown teams, the Orioles and Ravens. Kim also likes spending time with her family and friends either at the beach or around a campfire, traveling, and making memories.
